Job Description

Sprinter Andorra is seeking a Supervisor to join their team and support the assistant managers and managers. The Supervisor will collaborate in maintaining and improving customer service levels, assist in supervising store personnel, and manage daily operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure sales staff appearance adheres to company guidelines.
• Monitor service levels to maximize sales.
• Utilize visual merchandising to attract customers.
• Maintain stock cleanliness and presentation.
• Support team progress and assist in onboarding and training new staff.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Supervisor or in people management within the retail sector is recommended.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
