Supervisor/a Sprinter Águilas at Sprinter

Sprinter is seeking a Supervisor in Águilas, Murcia, to join their store management team. The Supervisor will support assistant managers and store managers, helping to maintain customer service levels and store standards. They will also assist in supervising store personnel and managing daily tasks as directed.

• Provide excellent customer service
• Address customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure sales staff adhere to company guidelines
• Monitor service levels to maximize sales
• Utilize visual merchandising techniques to attract customers
• Maintain sales area standards and stock presentation
• Support team progress and onboarding of new staff
• Assist in training and developing existing staff

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in people management in retail (recommended)
• Excellent time management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
