Supervisor/a Sprinter Alzira at Sprinter

Sprinter is seeking a Supervisor to join its team in Alzira, Valencia. The Supervisor will support the management team in maintaining service levels.

Role Involves:

• Supporting assistant managers and store managers.
• Maintaining and improving customer service levels.
• Supervising store personnel while upholding standards.
• Managing daily processes as directed.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints.
• Supervising service levels to maximize sales.
• Assisting with visual merchandising.
• Fostering team progress and assisting with training.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Supervisor or in people management in retail is recommended.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
