Supervisor/a Sprinter Gandía at Sprinter

Sprinter is seeking a Supervisor to join its team in Gandia, Valencia. The Supervisor will support the management team and maintain excellent customer service. Sprinter opened its first store in Valencia in 1995 and has since become a leading sports and fashion retailer with over 200 stores and an online presence. Sprinter is part of JD Group, a global leader in sports and fashion.

• Supporting assistant managers and store managers.
• Maintaining and improving customer service levels.
• Supervising store personnel.
• Managing daily operational processes.
• Attending to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Supervising service levels to maximize sales.
• Assisting with visual merchandising.
• Fostering team progress and providing training.

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in people management in retail is recommended.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
