Supervisor/a Sprinter Girona at Sprinter

Sprinter is seeking a Supervisor to join their team in Girona. The Supervisor will support the management team and collaborate to maintain and improve customer service levels. The Supervisor will provide assistance in supervising all store personnel and will handle certain management processes daily.

Role Involves:

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Supervising service levels to maximize sales and achieve objectives.
• Using visual merchandising to attract and engage customers.
• Assisting in maintaining sales area standards and keeping stock clean and presentable.
• Fostering team progress and assisting in onboarding and training new staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in people management within the retail sector is recommended.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
