Supervisor/a Sprinter Valencia at Sprinter

Sprinter is seeking a Supervisor to join its team in Valencia. The Supervisor will support the assistant managers and store managers, helping to maintain and improve customer service levels. This role involves supervising store personnel, maintaining store standards, and managing daily processes as directed by the store manager or assistant manager.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints, offering solutions.
• Ensuring sales staff appearance aligns with company guidelines.
• Supervising service levels to maximize store sales.
• Utilizing reports to identify key sales areas.
• Assisting in maintaining sales area standards.
• Keeping stock clean and presentable.
• Fostering team progress.
• Assisting in onboarding and training new staff.
• Helping develop existing staff and ensuring evaluations are completed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in people management within the retail sector is recommended.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
