Sprinter is seeking a Supervisor/a Sprinter Vic to join its team in Vic. The ideal candidate will support assistant managers and managers, maintain customer service standards, supervise staff, and manage daily processes as directed. Responsibilities:

• Supporting assistant managers and managers.
• Maintaining and improving customer service levels.
• Supervising store personnel while upholding store standards.
• Managing daily tasks as directed by the manager/assistant manager.
• Maximizing store sales and achieving targets.
• Attracting customers using visual merchandising techniques.
• Assisting in onboarding and training new staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or in people management in retail is recommended.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
