Agilisys is seeking a MIS Support and Training Analyst to drive digital transformation within public services. The ideal candidate will support schools in maximizing their use of ICT systems and improve experiences.
Responsibilities: - Providing telephone, remote, and on-site support for MIS software.
- Completing documentation and service desk calls.
- Supporting MIS systems upgrades and installations.
- Maintaining expertise with MIS products.
- Creating and updating training materials.
- Delivering training courses and webinars.
- Promoting the effective use of MIS to raise standards.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years' experience with MIS solutions (Sims, FMS, and Arbor).
- Experience delivering training courses.
- Good understanding of MIS and IT support issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.
