Senior Privacy Analyst at Indeed Flex

Indeed Flex is seeking a Senior Privacy Analyst to join their Risk and Compliance team. The Analyst will ensure global privacy practices align with legislation like GDPR and CCPA. This role involves expert guidance on privacy matters and supporting the privacy program.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Indeed Flex's global privacy program.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
• Monitor and analyse changes in global privacy laws and regulations.
• Conduct internal privacy audits and assessments.
• Respond to data subject requests (DSARs) and data breaches.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on privacy-related matters.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Privacy Analysts.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) are highly desirable.
• Experience in a global company is highly desirable.
• Data protection law and regulation (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) exposure is essential.
• High ability to conduct Privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
• Risk management and compliance experience
• Proficient in dealing with Data subject access requests (DSARs).
• Experienced in managing Data Incident response processes
• Experienced in delivering training and awareness.
• Line Management experience is essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• High grit and determination.
