The company is Indeed Flex. They are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join their Strategy Team and support the UK Revenue Organisation. The role is based in the office 4 days a week, with 1 day remote.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving strategic alignment and implementing go-to-market strategies.
- Managing and optimising sales technology tools like Salesforce.
- Analysing sales performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
- Supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and territory management.
- Assisting with sales team training and process adherence.
- Managing and analysing commission structures.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with data insights experience.
- CRM and tools expertise in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and resilience in an evolving environment.
