The Immigration Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to internationals navigating the visa process, answering their questions, preparing application forms, and managing interactions with authorities. The role involves continuously improving knowledge base and collaborating with the product team to develop new features that improve the talent experience.
What this role involves:
- Answering questions from internationals regarding visa processes, formal paperwork, etc. via chat.
- Preparation of documents and application forms for talents.
- Communicating with authorities on appointments and processes.
- Continuously developing and updating the knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Interacting with the product team to contribute to the development of new features.
Requirements:
- First experience with and an understanding of immigration processes or Global Mobility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages, esp. German are a big plus).
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in customer support or administrative roles, ideally in global mobility or immigration.
- Tech-savvy and enjoy working with internal teams to improve product offerings.
- Solution-oriented mindset, can solve problems independently, and know how to escalate issues and collaborate with other teams.
