aCommerce is seeking a Finance Analyst to manage accounts receivable operations. The role is based in Taguig, Philippines.

The Finance Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accuracy in AR processes for the B2B business model. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable, revenue recognition, billing, and collection, preferably gained from CG/FMCG companies.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely invoicing and collection
  • Compliance to credit control policies and accuracy of AR records
  • Continuous improvement in processes for efficiency and reduced outstanding receivables
  • Regular follow-up with customers for timely collection of outstanding balances
  • Revenue recognition and sales cut-off summary
  • Sales and COGs variance analysis
  • AR and collection reports: Customer statement of accounts, Aging reports, Collection forecasts, and provision for bad debts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated AR issues and resolve disputes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business management
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable gained from big Consumer Goods companies.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit controls, and AR best practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting and operating systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
