Responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of credit recovery cases.
• Providing expertise and strategic alternatives to external firms.
• Analyzing settlement proposals.
• Validating and revising legal documents.
• Supporting various company areas, especially the commercial team.
• Organizing and monitoring strategies.
• Monitoring legislative discussions impacting credit recovery.
• Contributing to discussions on credit recovery theses/jurisprudence.
• Participating in discussions related to KPIs and jurimetrics.

Requirements:

• Law degree.
• Postgraduate degree in Civil Law or Civil Procedure (desirable).
• Experience in complex credit recovery/litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of financial calculations and asset protection strategies.
