Berlin Brands Group is seeking a Head of Quality and Compliance to join their Quality Team. This role is crucial for improving and assuring the quality of BBG's products. The Head of Quality and Compliance will manage a team across Hong Kong, China, and Europe to ensure alignment with industry standards and company goals. They will oversee inspections, conduct audits, and implement corrective measures. BBG is one of Europe’s largest digital companies.

Role Involves:
  • Managing and fostering growth within the Quality Team.
  • Ensuring quality processes align with industry standards.
  • Overseeing the inspection team in China.
  • Conducting technical audits at supplier factories.
  • Defining and implementing a clear vision for the team.
  • Driving re-engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Managing quality assurance across the product lifecycle.
  • Addressing non-conformities and leading root cause analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Staying updated with changes in regulations and standards.

Requirements:
  • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience within a company environment with physical products.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in areas like quality management or R&D.
  • 2+ years of management and leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in process optimization and analytical thinking.
  • Background in Quality Management, including sample testing and audits.
  • Willingness to travel to suppliers in China.
  • Excellent command of English.
