Berlin Brands Group is seeking a Quality Manager to join their Quality Team. The Quality Manager will focus on improving and assuring the quality of products, participating in new seasonal launches. The role involves working with a team of 8 members with diverse backgrounds.
Role Involves:
- Assuring new products meet internal and market standards.
- Following up with suppliers to implement Corrective Action Plans.
- Monitoring supplier quality and taking proactive actions.
- Supporting cost reduction and improvement initiatives.
- Managing and approving Pre-Shipment inspection reports.
- Proposing and initiating changes to enhance quality processes.
- Conducting technical audits at supplier factories.
- Liaising with vendors and 3rd party testing labs.
Requirements:
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or comparable experience.
- Experience with home appliances, ideally in e-commerce and retail.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management, operations, R&D, or sourcing.
- Extensive background in Quality Management.
- Experience in sample testing with electronic/electric items.
- Proficiency in driving cost reduction initiatives.
- Hands-on and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently to China mainland.
- Excellent command of English.
