Berlin Brands Group is seeking a Quality Manager to join their Quality Team. The Quality Manager will focus on improving and assuring the quality of products, participating in new seasonal launches. The role involves working with a team of 8 members with diverse backgrounds.

Role Involves:

  • Assuring new products meet internal and market standards.
  • Following up with suppliers to implement Corrective Action Plans.
  • Monitoring supplier quality and taking proactive actions.
  • Supporting cost reduction and improvement initiatives.
  • Managing and approving Pre-Shipment inspection reports.
  • Proposing and initiating changes to enhance quality processes.
  • Conducting technical audits at supplier factories.
  • Liaising with vendors and 3rd party testing labs.

Requirements:

  • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or comparable experience.
  • Experience with home appliances, ideally in e-commerce and retail.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in quality management, operations, R&D, or sourcing.
  • Extensive background in Quality Management.
  • Experience in sample testing with electronic/electric items.
  • Proficiency in driving cost reduction initiatives.
  • Hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to China mainland.
  • Excellent command of English.
