Doctolib is seeking a Key Accounts Customer Success Intern to join its Hospitals Business Unit in Milan. This internship offers the chance to contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Doctolib solutions within hospitals and large organizations, ensuring client satisfaction. The intern will work closely with the team, supporting various aspects of project management and client relations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up project frameworks and governance with clients, defining objectives, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Participating in projects by preparing and leading meetings, coordinating streams, identifying and resolving roadblocks, and tracking progress.
  • Providing recommendations for integrating Doctolib into client environments, including auditing activities, proposing new organizational methods, and ensuring IT system integration.
  • Supporting future planning by identifying development opportunities, ensuring user autonomy, establishing governance, and planning handovers.
  • Establishing relevant KPIs to monitor project success, client satisfaction, and alignment with strategy.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying Healthcare Economics or Biomedical Engineering.
  • Comfortable with SAAS technologies or a strong interest in tech.
  • Analytical mindset with project structuring skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to explain solutions simply.
  • Native Italian speaker with fluency in English.
