Superchat is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships. The role involves acquiring major partner firms, developing tailored approaches to win top companies as partners, and defining strategies with partners.

He or she will also analyze partner situations, identify cooperation opportunities, build a network by participating in events, and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire major partner firms and position Superchat as a strategic partner.
  • Develop approaches to win top companies as cooperation partners.
  • Plan and define strategies with partners and lead negotiations.
  • Analyze partner situations and derive cooperation opportunities.
  • Build a professional network by participating in events.


Requirements
  • Experience in Business Development or Partner Management, ideally in SaaS or Tech.
  • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel to national and international events.
  • Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking, and a focused work style.
  • Analytical understanding and flexibility in changing situations.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales processes.
