Superchat is seeking a Business Development Manager to reshape communication between businesses and their customers. The ideal candidate will identify, acquire, and develop strategic partner companies, creating sustainable growth and mutual value. They will independently negotiate with decision-makers, from initial contact to contract closure. The role involves analyzing potential partner needs and developing scalable partnership strategies, building a sustainable network of partners, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Role Involves:

Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development, Partner Management, Sales, or Account Management, ideally in SaaS or Tech
- Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to attend events and trade fairs
- Structured and goal-oriented work approach
- Ability to identify new business areas
- Understanding of marketing and sales processes
