Bondora is seeking a Product Manager, Conversion Rate & Top Funnel Optimization. The position is responsible for enhancing the customer onboarding journey and improving conversion rates. The role involves bridging marketing and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The Product Manager will report to the CMO and define/execute a strategic roadmap to optimize Bondora’s digital touchpoints.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing a roadmap to improve top funnel metrics.
- Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to reduce friction and enhance the customer journey.
- Analyzing user behavior and feedback.
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers and engineers to implement A/B tests.
- Working closely with marketing, analytics, risk, and engineering teams.
- Ensuring campaigns, landing pages, and onboarding flows are optimized.
- Leveraging analytics tools.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving measurable business impact.
- Familiarity with analytics and testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely).
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and CRO principles.
- Strong ability to interpret data.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
