Job Description

Seyond is seeking a Sales Manager to lead business development activities from concept to production. The Sales Manager will act as a liaison between the customer and internal partners, stay informed about industry trends, develop sales forecasts, maintain product knowledge, develop new customers, and manage commercial activities.

Role involves:

  • Leading business development activities from concept to production.
  • Acting as the liaison between the customer and all internal partners.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Developing the sales forecast and plans.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of product lines and pricing strategy.
  • Developing new customers and maintaining customer relations.
  • Managing commercial activities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business administration, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Technical Sales, Product Manager, or Subject Matter Expert role.
  • Strong connection with major integrator/partner in the sensor area.
  • Good knowledge of intelligent sensors, smart hardware, and solution market.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive results and close deals.
