MOIA is looking for a Working Student B2B Support to join its team in Hamburg. The candidate will be part of the B2B Support Team, which is building customer service for MOIA's license product customers. The B2B Support Team is the main channel for customer inquiries and ensures that customer needs are met.
Role involves:
- Answering customer inquiries about questions, tasks, and product requests in Zendesk
- Creating internal documentation and processes
- Shadowing the B2B Support colleagues
- Collaborating with all product teams at MOIA
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's or Master's program
- Available for at least one year
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong interest in working with a complex technical product
- Friendly and open-minded
- Desire to understand the needs of customers
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 Suite
