Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. This role is based in Mississauga, Ontario. The SDR will be the primary point of contact for individuals interested in selling or buying a car through Clutch.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, passionate about sales and customer service, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
What this role involves:
- Proactively contacting individuals interested in selling their car through warm calls, emails, and SMS.
- Handling inbound calls and assisting customers looking to buy a car.
- Educating customers on the Clutch process and assisting them in selling a car.
- Updating customer information in HubSpot.
- Collaborating with multiple functions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Must be comfortable working on-site at the Mississauga facility.
- Must be available to work on weekend shifts.
