Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves providing outstanding support and assistance to customers after they purchase a car. The ideal candidate will address customer inquiries, concerns, and post-vehicle delivery issues promptly and effectively.Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to post-sale inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborating with mechanics, detailers, finance, and logistics teams.
  • Resolving real-time customer issues with urgency and good judgment.
  • Multi-tasking competing priorities.
  • Providing authorizations for repairs and reimbursements.
  • Flagging themes in customer issues and proactively working with leadership to rectify the source internally.
Requirements include:
  • Automotive experience (dealership, OEM) strongly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Car knowledge, including an understanding of automotive systems, mechanical issues, and maintenance practices.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sound Judgement, Problem-Solving Skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Willing to work 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend day schedule.
  • Must be comfortable working 100% on-site at our Mississauga facility.
