ApotheCom is seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team in London. The role offers hybrid or remote working options and a competitive compensation and benefits package.He/She will be responsible for:
- Managing monthly accounting close for financial reporting across 6 entities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare management reporting packs.
- Providing commentary against budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of rolling P&L forecasts.
- Ensuring correct accounting of costs and maintaining control of the consolidated balance sheet.
- Preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts.
- Working with external accountants on statutory and tax reporting.
- Preparing reports for the Inizio Group.
- Reviewing overhead expense accounts and preparing journal entries.
- Managing one Finance team member.
Requirements for this role:
- ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified with 2 years PQE.
- Experience managing month-end processes, including flash reporting.
- Experience with intercompany accounting.
- Strong teamworking skills.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and Power Query).
- Experience developing strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with accounting software; Maconomy or Oracle is desirable.
- Previous line management experience is desirable.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
