Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager

Job Description

The Pokémon Company International is seeking a Sr. Corporate Strategy Manager to join their President and Corporate Development team. This role requires a strategic and forward-thinking individual who can support executives and cross-functional teams through thought partnership, research, analysis, and structured project management. The ideal candidate will help keep priorities aligned, progress visible, and actions moving in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:

• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop and track strategic roadmaps.
• Driving day-to-day coordination of strategic projects.
• Designing and managing the corporate scorecard.
• Preparing monthly operational reports.
• Preparing presentations and materials for executive meetings.
• Conducting research and strategic analyses.
• Building trusted partnerships across teams.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years in corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working within an operating company.
• Demonstrated success in dynamic, cross-cultural, and fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Team-first mindset.
• Fast learner.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Fluency in Japanese is a plus.
