Operations Supervisor at Neuron Mobility

Neuron Mobility is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Saskatoon to manage their e-scooter fleet. This role involves operating a service vehicle to collect and relocate e-scooters, and exchange batteries. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of Saskatoon and enjoy driving and physical work.

Responsibilities:

• Operating a service vehicle (typically a van)
• Collecting e-scooters across the city
• Relocating e-scooters to high-demand areas
• Exchanging batteries

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Thorough understanding of Saskatoon
• Proficient in riding a scooter
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Own a compatible smartphone with an active data plan
• Comfortable lifting 50-60 lbs
• Willing to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in mechanical repair and/or technical troubleshooting (for Warehouse Mechanic role)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer service
