Strider Technologies is seeking a Client Success Manager for the UK & Europe region. The role involves driving impactful results for clients, ensuring they get the most value from Strider’s products and services. The Client Success Manager will deliver an exceptional client experience from contract signature to renewal, maximizing retention and expanding Strider's footprint within existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Leading clients through every phase of their journey with Strider.
- Identifying opportunities for expanding the Strider product portfolio.
- Partnering with internal teams to bring the best resources and expertise to clients.
- Upholding confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.
- Anticipating client needs and challenges, providing solutions proactively.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of client success experience, or equivalent client-facing/consulting experience.
- Track record of enabling clients to achieve results.
- High learning agility with the ability to quickly comprehend Strider’s capabilities and data sets.
- Proven self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Engaging personality who can connect with clients and resolve concerns.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
