THE ICONIC, a leading fashion e-commerce platform in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a CRM Coordinator to join their Engagement Marketing Team. The Engagement Marketing Team drives customer engagement and sales, managing customer experiences via the website and mobile app. The CRM Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of the CRM team, reporting to the Engagement Marketing Manager. This role involves crafting and delivering email campaigns, building audience segments, and maintaining website and app content.

Role Involves:

  • Assisting in the execution and proofing of trade builds.
  • Overseeing brand partnership campaigns across CRM channels.
  • Preparing weekly CRM reports and providing insights.
  • Taking ownership of weekly app content execution.
  • Supporting trade by developing and executing CRM initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM/Loyalty or managing data-driven communications.
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to work in Australia
