THE ICONIC is seeking a Loyalty Campaign Specialist to enhance customer loyalty. The role involves assisting in designing and executing innovative loyalty campaigns focused on customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver initiatives to drive customer loyalty
- Build customer communications and journeys
- Support the development and launch of loyalty campaigns
- Gather and organize customer data to assist in segmenting audiences
- Track and report on the performance of loyalty campaigns
- Work closely with other teams to support integrated campaign efforts
- Assist in preparing reports on campaign outcomes
- Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communications
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
