THE ICONIC is seeking a Loyalty Campaign Specialist to enhance customer loyalty. The role involves assisting in designing and executing innovative loyalty campaigns focused on customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver initiatives to drive customer loyalty
  • Build customer communications and journeys
  • Support the development and launch of loyalty campaigns
  • Gather and organize customer data to assist in segmenting audiences
  • Track and report on the performance of loyalty campaigns
  • Work closely with other teams to support integrated campaign efforts
  • Assist in preparing reports on campaign outcomes
  • Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years experience in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communications
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Legal right to work in Australia
