Softermii, an outsourcing/outstaffing company, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including payroll, PNL, and QuickBooks management. The Finance Manager will be an important part of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and execution of payroll functions.
- Manage time tracking cycles.
- Track and process timesheets.
- Calculate payroll with different payment methods (Wise, Payoneer, etc.).
- Process transactions via Wise, Payoneer.
- Manage Upwork channel tracking.
- Support employee payroll inquiries.
- Manage QuickBooks categories structure.
- Create and issue invoices.
- Track transactions and payments.
- Track unapplied cash and expense categories.
- Perform monthly benchmark tracking of company expenses against the plan.
- Manage finance email account.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager at an outsource IT company.
- Knowledge of how to assemble and manage PNL.
- Proficiency in comprehending Profit and Loss statements and departmental expenditures.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience in calculating compensation for employees on a monthly basis.
- Ability to balance workload and support peak days demand.
- Upper intermediate English level.
