Softermii, an outsourcing/outstaffing company, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including payroll, PNL, and QuickBooks management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Finance Manager will be an important part of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administration and execution of payroll functions.
  • Manage time tracking cycles.
  • Track and process timesheets.
  • Calculate payroll with different payment methods (Wise, Payoneer, etc.).
  • Process transactions via Wise, Payoneer.
  • Manage Upwork channel tracking.
  • Support employee payroll inquiries.
  • Manage QuickBooks categories structure.
  • Create and issue invoices.
  • Track transactions and payments.
  • Track unapplied cash and expense categories.
  • Perform monthly benchmark tracking of company expenses against the plan.
  • Manage finance email account.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager at an outsource IT company.
  • Knowledge of how to assemble and manage PNL.
  • Proficiency in comprehending Profit and Loss statements and departmental expenditures.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience in calculating compensation for employees on a monthly basis.
  • Ability to balance workload and support peak days demand.
  • Upper intermediate English level.
