Co-op, Equity Research (US Equity) (2025-09) at Onex - Campus

Onex is seeking an Equity Research Co-op to join Onex Canada Asset Management/Onex Credit in their Toronto office. The co-op will work with senior investment professionals and actively participate in the investment decision process.

Role Involves:

• Conducting fundamental analysis on public equities.
• Synthesizing and presenting investment ideas.
• Attending meetings with executive management teams and sell-side analysts.
• Monitoring news relating to coverage universe/companies.
• Building financial models.

Requirements:

• Passion for public markets investing.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg is an asset.
• Equity research, investment banking, or related experience is an asset.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Financial modeling experience or understanding of accounting concepts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Independent thinking and intellectual curiosity.
