As an Analyst, he/she will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to the client.
  • Analyzing information.
  • Reducing friction with the client while ensuring security.
  • Identifying opportunities.
  • Analyzing Stone's products and service environment.
  • Meeting daily productivity goals.
  • Paying attention to deviations in behavior that may indicate fraud.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Availability to work weekends, as needed.
  • SQL knowledge (desirable).
