Stone is seeking a Logistics Assistant (Green Angel) to join their team in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. This role involves directly assisting customers at their points of sale, helping them with the initial setup and proper use of Stone's products. The Green Angel will also manage stock, receive assets, handle reverse logistics, sort equipment, organize, and conduct periodic stock inventories at the assigned hub.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting clients at their place of business
- Aiding clients with product setup
- Managing stock and receiving assets
- Handling reverse logistics
- Sorting equipment and organizing stock
- Performing periodic stock inventories
Requirements:
- Valid CNH A or AB (Motorcycle) for at least 2 years
- Completed high school education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical degree or higher education in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in logistics
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
