Stone, a technology and financial services company, is seeking a Logistics Assistant (Green Angel) to join their team in Castanhal, Para, Brazil. This role involves providing on-site support to customers, assisting with product setup and usage. The Green Angel will also manage inventory, receive assets, handle reverse logistics, and perform equipment triage and stock organization at the local hub.Responsibilities include:
- Attending to customers in their point of sale location
- Assisting customers in the correct way to use Stone products
- Managing stock, receiving assets, reverse logistics, and triage of equipment
- Maintaining the organization of stock
- CNH B or AB (Car) active for at least 2 years
- Completed secondary education
- Technical degree or higher education in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in Logistics
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
