Compliance - Compliance Specialist (12 month FTC) - London

Job Description

B2C2, a digital asset pioneer, is seeking a Compliance Specialist for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract in their London office. This role involves assisting the Compliance department with policies, procedures, training, regulatory inquiries, and changes. The Compliance Specialist will collaborate with the CCO/MLRO to maintain a robust financial crime compliance framework and ensure regulatory obligations are met across new products, exchanges, and jurisdictions.

The role offers the option to work remotely two days per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with global legal and compliance teams.
• Identifying and deploying regulatory inventory/change tracking systems.
• Reviewing new business proposals and marketing materials.
• Drafting and maintaining policies.
• Delivering tailored training to staff.
• Assisting with regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Performing regulatory horizon scanning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance/legal role in the UK.
• Knowledge of FCA requirements.
• Knowledge of crypto products and/or wholesale markets.
• Experience building compliance programs and policies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
