Compliance - Compliance Specialist (12 month FTC) - London at B2C2

B2C2, a digital asset pioneer, seeks a Compliance Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. The Compliance Specialist will support the Compliance department with policies, procedures, training, regulatory inquiries, and changes. They will collaborate with the business on new products and jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory obligations are met.

The role involves maintaining a financial crime compliance framework in partnership with stakeholders. Based in the London office, with a hybrid work option of two days remote per week.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with global teams to maintain compliance standards.
• Identifying and deploying a regulatory change tracking system.
• Reviewing new business proposals and marketing materials.
• Working with internal stakeholders on compliance issues.
• Drafting and maintaining policies.
• Delivering tailored training to staff.
• Assisting with regulatory inquiries and audits.
• Managing conflicts of interest.
• Performing regulatory horizon scanning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance/legal within the UK.
• Knowledge of FCA requirements.
• Knowledge of crypto products and/or wholesale markets.
• Experience building compliance programs in a fast-moving company.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
