Example Corp is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. This role involves strategic partnerships with hiring managers to enable data-driven decisions, resulting in top-tier hires within the SaaS industry.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will report to hiring manager and will be responsible for:

  • Conducting critical job searches for various teams across locations, owning the process from kick-off to close
  • Understanding and applying data effectively in searches, positively impacting the Talent Acquisition team's overall metrics
  • Developing strategic hiring manager partnerships and empower informed decision-making
  • Building and executing targeted diversity sourcing strategies in adherence with internal standards
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout each interview processes
  • Iterating and providing feedback for improvements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Full-cycle recruitment experience, including demonstrated success in running Director-level searches
  • Demonstrated understanding of structured hiring and the role of DE&I in it
  • Motivation to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
