Job Description
A Travel & Expense Manager is needed to manage and develop the Concur T&E system at IPG's operating units. The role is based in Mumbai, India.
Responsibilities: - Manage the relationship between IPG Agencies, Concur Team, and Concur Technologies.
- Develop Concur and its reporting to support IPG’s SP&P.
- Manage the Shared Services Concur T&E team.
- Further develop and communicate Concur T&E information to IPG agencies’ senior management.
- Manage the IPG Concur development direction and migrants from the business side.
- Explore any efficiency that can be gained by looking at current processes.
- Participate in all SOX training for the Concur system.
- Review all metrics for T&E.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least ten years in an accounting function, working with expenses.
- Three to five years in a supervisory role is a must.
- Experience with Project Management is required.
- Must possess strong decision making skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed.
