Job Description
A Travel & Expense Manager is needed to manage and develop the Concur T&E system at IPG's operating units. The role is based in Mumbai, India.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relationship between IPG Agencies, Concur Team, and Concur Technologies.
  • Develop Concur and its reporting to support IPG’s SP&P.
  • Manage the Shared Services Concur T&E team.
  • Further develop and communicate Concur T&E information to IPG agencies’ senior management.
  • Manage the IPG Concur development direction and migrants from the business side.
  • Explore any efficiency that can be gained by looking at current processes.
  • Participate in all SOX training for the Concur system.
  • Review all metrics for T&E.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least ten years in an accounting function, working with expenses.
  • Three to five years in a supervisory role is a must.
  • Experience with Project Management is required.
  • Must possess strong decision making skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed.
