Oportun is seeking a Spanish-speaking Agente Telefonico to join their team in León, Guanajuato, Mexico. In this role, the agent will specialize in assisting customers via phone and other digital channels, addressing general inquiries, and executing specific processes related to the company's services.Responsibilities:
  • Document 100% of call details in established systems.
  • Handle calls according to company standards.
  • Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers.
  • Apply feedback from team leader and provide feedback when needed.
  • Maintain integrity, transparency, and presence during work hours.
  • Contribute to achieving department goals and metrics.
  • Complete required training and online courses.
  • Remain seated at a computer terminal for extended periods.
  • Adhere to company processes and policies.
  • Maintain respectful communication with colleagues.
