Accounts Receivable Specialist

Simplify360, a Nextiva company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments from customers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records including invoices, sales entries and maintaining PO.
• Raising Sales Invoices and well-versed in the procedure to raise E-Invoice, including for international customers with FOREX knowledge.
• Posting of Customer receipt entries.
• Understanding PO and sales agreements made with Customers.
• Responding to customer queries over e-mails and calls.
• Communicating with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
• Coordinating with Sales and CS teams.
• Following up with customers related to payment.
• Recording transactions in accounting software and ensuring proper documentation.

Requirements:

• BCOM or MCOM degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• Excellent knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
• Relevant experience in Accounts Receivables Activities - O2C (Order to Cash).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and as a team player, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Working experience in Tally Prime/Oracle/QuickBooks and MS Office Applications.
