CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Associate to lead their Danish division in Copenhagen. The Investment Associate will play a key role in driving growth and success in the Danish market.

The successful candidate will be driven, structured, and have the ability to build trust and connections with people. They will work closely with the CEO and other team members. CVX is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, driven by the belief that the best investors provide founders with the right knowledge, experience, and network.

What this role involves:

• Defining and executing strategy
• Leading potential acquisitions
• Building a large pool of partners
• Attracting the best investment cases
• Leading end-to-end investment deals
• Representing CVX at events

Requirements:

• High work ethic and strong sense of urgency
• 3+ years of experience in relevant fields
• Proactive approach and ownership
• Deep interest in venture capital and startups
• People-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated success in achieving targets
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluency in Danish and English
• Preferably, a network in the Danish start-up ecosystem
