CVX Ventures is seeking an Investment Banking Manager to lead its Danish operations in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for venture capital.

Role involves:

• Defining and executing strategy.
• Leading the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions.
• Managing Denmark's profit and loss.
• Building a large pool of partners.
• Leading a team of 15 within sales, board work, events, members & marketing.
• Finding and attracting the best investment cases.
• Spearheading investment deals from sourcing to investment.
• Representing CVX at events and conferences.
• Reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups.
• Deep interest in venture capital and the startup environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Ideally have a network in the Danish startup ecosystem.
