CVX Ventures is seeking a dynamic and strategic Investment Manager to lead their Danish division in Copenhagen. The Investment Manager will shape the company's vision, drive operational excellence, and secure long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a natural ability to build trust and connections.

CVX Ventures Mission:

CVX aims to be Europe's largest venture investor by providing growing companies with capital, knowledge, and network.

Role Involves:

• Defining and executing strategy and adjusting it continuously
• Leading the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions
• Being responsible for Denmark's profit & loss and overall operations
• Building a large and value-creating pool of partners
• Developing and leading a team of 15 within sales, board work, events & members, and marketing
• Finding and attracting the best investment cases
• Leading investment deals from sourcing to investment
• Representing CVX at events, gatherings, conferences, etc.
• Reporting directly to the CEO

Requirements:

• High work ethic with a strong sense of urgency
• Unusually strong drive and a desire to be the best
• 5+ years of experience, preferably within management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced work environments
• Proactive approach and ability to take ownership
• Deep interest in venture capital and the startup environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and board levels
• Ability to gain trust from business leaders
• Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals
• Fluent in Danish and English
• (Preferably) A network in the Danish startup ecosystem
