CVX Ventures is seeking a Nordic Investment Manager to lead their Danish division in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of shaping the company's vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute strategies to drive the Danish expansion.
• Manage profit and loss responsibilities for Denmark.
• Build a strong and valuable pool of partners.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team.
• Identify and attract top investment cases.
• Lead investment deals from start to finish.
• Represent CVX at events and conferences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups.
• Deep interest in venture capital and the startup environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Existing network within the Danish startup ecosystem is a plus.
