CVX Ventures is seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Lead to head its Danish branch in Copenhagen. The Country Lead will shape the company's vision, drive operational excellence, and ensure long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, driven, hands-on, and capable of inspiring a high-performing team. The Country Lead's responsibilities involve:

• Defining and executing strategy, and adapting it continuously.
• Spearheading the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions.
• Overseeing the Danish P&L and overall operations.
• Expanding and maintaining a partner pool.
• Developing and leading a team of 15 in sales, board management, events, members & marketing.
• Identifying and attracting investment cases.
• Leading investment agreements.
• Representing CVX at events and conferences.

The requirements are:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or high-growth startups.

• Natural sales ability.
