CVX Ventures is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to lead its Danish division in Copenhagen. The role involves shaping the company's vision, driving operational excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. CVX is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, aiming to be the largest by providing growth companies with capital, knowledge, and network.

The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for expansion, P&L, partner pool, team leadership and investment deals.

Role Involves:

• Defining and executing strategy
• Leading Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions
• Managing the Danish P&L
• Expanding and maintaining a partner pool
• Leading a team of 15 in sales, board management, events, and marketing
• Identifying and attracting investment opportunities
• Leading investment deals from sourcing to investment
• Representing CVX at events

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience (management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, startups)
