CVX Ventures is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Danish division in Copenhagen. The Managing Director will shape the company's vision, drive operational excellence, and ensure long-term profitability. The role involves:

• Defining and executing strategy, adjusting as needed.
• Leading the Danish expansion, including potential acquisitions.
• Managing the Danish P&L and overall operations.
• Expanding and maintaining a valuable pool of partners.
• Developing and leading a team of 15 in sales, board management, events, and marketing.
• Identifying and attracting investment opportunities.
• Leading investment deals from sourcing to investment.
• Representing CVX at events and conferences.

Requirements include:

• High work ethic and strong sense of urgency.
• Exceptional drive.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, startups, or similar.
• Proactive approach and ownership.
• Engagement in venture capital and startup environment.
• Ability to build strong relations.
• Effective communication at management and board level.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in achieving revenue goals.
• Sales skills and ability to work strategically and operationally.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
• Existing network in the Danish startup ecosystem.
