The Financial Coordinator will oversee the company's payments, ensure financial stability, and support strategic decision-making using financial data. They will also implement strategies for monitoring financial data accuracy and coordinate internal and external audits.

The role involves:

• Coordinating financial operations and supervising company payments.
• Implementing and maintaining strategies for monitoring and controlling financial data accuracy.
• Interacting with cross-functional finance teams and business teams.
• Coordinating internal and external audits.
• Leading a team of 4 people.
• Creating and monitoring financial KPIs.
• Maintaining organized and updated financial documentation.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge in finance - financial flows and bank file exchange.
• Experience in technology companies or startups (preferred).
• Tech bias: use of data for strategic decision making.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic environment.
• Elevated critical sense and analytical skills.
• Experience in Accounts Payable.
