iFood is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Osasco, Brazil. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and customer needs.

The Product Manager will:

  • Develop and communicate a clear and strategic product vision aligned with company goals.
  • Supervise the product development cycle from conception to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Foster collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams to meet specific customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Coordinate timelines, alignments, and backlog prioritization to deliver continuous and scalable value.
  • Provide visibility to stakeholders on progress, challenges, risks, and expected results.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure goals are met and deliveries align with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or in related roles, preferably in agile environments.
  • Ability to manage multifunctional and complex products and projects.
  • Solid knowledge of agile tools and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as product management frameworks like OKRs.
  • Analytical profile with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on validated insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and Excel.
