The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Manager Order Excellence (gn) to join their Commercial Team. This role involves managing the end-to-end order process for business partners and ensuring its successful implementation. The candidate will work in a hybrid model in Hamburg. The company unites the successful brands ESN and More Nutrition.

Role Involves:
  • Handling end-to-end order processes for (inter)national B2B business partners.
  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the order and fulfillment process.
  • Ensuring correct order entries in close coordination with dispatchers.
  • Managing proper invoicing and handling returns and complaints.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in the order and fulfillment process.

Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training in forwarding, industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade.
  • Experience in order processing.
  • Enthusiasm for the company's products.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Office applications.
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
