Order Excellence Manager (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group is seeking an Order Excellence Manager (gn) to join their Commercial Team at ESN & More in Hamburg. This role involves managing the end-to-end order process for business partners and ensuring its successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing and a passion for driving the ESN & More Nutrition brands forward.

Role Involves:

• Managing end-to-end order processes for (inter)national B2B business partners.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the order and fulfillment process.
• Ensuring correct order entries in close coordination with business partners' planners.
• Managing proper invoicing and handling returns and complaints independently.
• Identifying and implementing improvement potentials along the order and fulfillment process.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a forwarding, industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade merchant or similar.
• Several years of professional experience in order processing.
• Enthusiasm for our products and enjoyment of a fast-paced and varied environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM, ERP, and Office applications.
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written communication.
