Treasurer (gn) at The Quality Group GmbH

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Treasurer to join their Finance team in Hamburg. The Treasurer will manage daily treasury operations, ensuring smooth cash and FX management. The role involves collaborating with banks, PSPs, and internal teams to maintain efficient financial processes. This position offers a flexible Homeoffice policy.

The role involves:

• Monitoring daily cash positions
• Creating cash flow forecasts
• Handling FX transactions and hedging
• Coordinating payment and intercompany flows
• Managing bank and PSP relationships
• Ensuring KYC/AML documentation
• Contributing to projects like receivables financing
• Maintaining treasury tools and Excel models

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration (Finance focus) or banking apprenticeship
• Experience in Treasury, Risk Controlling, or Corporate Finance
• Familiarity with cash management, FX trading, and online banking platforms
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solution-oriented mindset and responsibility
• Team player with initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (German a plus)
