OVERDARE, aiming to create a mobile interactive UGC platform, is seeking a BizOps Intern to join their team in Seoul. The company values the spirit of challenge and innovation. This internship is designed with the potential for full-time conversion after a 3-month period, based on internal evaluation.

The BizOps Intern will play a crucial role in planning and executing business strategies for OVERDARE's platform growth, proactively identifying and resolving company operational issues, addressing challenges in global platform operations, and supporting blockchain-related tasks, including operations and risk management.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and operating business strategies for OVERDARE platform growth.
• Proactively identifying and resolving company operational issues.
• Solving complex problems in global platform operations.
• Supporting blockchain operations, including operational and risk management.

Requirements:

• Interest in working in the IT and platform business sector.
• Graduated or expecting to graduate after the first semester of 2025.
• Proficiency in English at a business level (approximately 1/3 of the work requires English, including document review and writing).
